Tip 1: Change Capitalizations the Easy Way
it’s very easy to change the capitalization of any text with a single click of a button in word:
- Highlight the text you wish to change. Then go to the Home Tab, click on the “Aa” pull-down menu near the font/size menu and select a format option.
Tip2: Highlight a sentence with a single click
- Hold down the Command key (the Alt key on a PC) then click on any word, and it will highlight the whole sentence.
